Learn from other's experiences a key factor to succeed

It is said that an experience is best teacher. Very true. every body is realising this when s/he experiences self. But many a time when one experiences self it becomes too late to compensate or to rectify the mistake. Because time once elapsed never return.
Thus many of the occasions in the life are such that if one is waiting for self realisation & to implement it becomes too late. Like student life, education, competitive exams etc. where in every body is getting only one chance or in competitive exam quite one more. but that is also at the cost of valuable year.
Same thing is for cultures, edification, manners, etiquettes etc in personal interview.
These are the occasions where in today's generation should share elders experience, learn from it & improve themselves But unfortunately today's generation is either not enough mature or curious enough to do so. Even many a time elders on their own tries to share their experiences today's youth is not quite anxious enough or patient enough to listen the issues to address for them selves at appropriate time. Here youth is making blunder because they are losing precious time from their life too . Today's education system is as such where it never provides for such issues. Parents are helpless & hapless too under the circumstances. Tolerable of youth has gone down, Perhaps they have lost the sense to understand the issues well i n time. Those who do so are making impressive progress in life saluting their elders, parents for teaching them their valuable experiences. Ultimately it is up to youth to explore & grasp. If they do so sky is the limit for their development.
